At Medina Fine Pearls, we strive to process and ship your orders as efficiently as possible. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours from the receipt of payment. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3-5 working days, depending on your location. We ship using UPS and will provide you with a tracking number so you can easily follow your package's journey.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 6 hours of purchase. Our team processes orders quickly, so cancellations can only be accepted within this time frame. After 6 hours, your order will be in progress and cannot be canceled.
